Bonjour Maitre, Je suis Dobe Aboubacar et je vous sollicite pour une prise de rendez-vous dans le cadre d’un litige lié à mon mariage avec Maité Boudart une femme belge avec qui je me suis marié en 2024 en Tunisie. Après avoir entamé les démarches pour le regroupement familial en juin 2025 et fois que j’ai obtenu mon visa en octobre 2025, elle m’informe qu’elle souhaite divorcer et c’est le 24 novembre qu’elle aurait entamé officiellement sa procédure auprès d’une avocate. Je suis arrivé en Belgique le 6 novembre et depuis lors, elle refuse de me recevoir, quand j’ai tenté de me rendre chez elle, son amant avec qui elle vie aujourd’hui m’a menacé. Je vous sollicite afin de me représenter et de faire valoir mes droits, car j’estime être victime d’abus, de trahison et de violence à l’honneur. Ma situation est précaire en Belgique, parce que j’ai tout abandonné pour elle. Merci pour votre disponibilité.
